The program below is from 2025. It will be updated closer to Ironman Week 2026. The main race, Ironman Kalmar, takes place on Saturday, August 15.

WEDNESDAY

• 12.00–18.00: Ironman Kalmar Village is open (Kvarnholmen)
• 18.00: Race start 4:18:4 Kalmar (Kattrumpan)
• 18.10: The first participant reaches the bike course
• 18.40: The first participant reaches the run course
• 18.50: Estimated first finish (Stortorget)
• 19.30: Award ceremony (Stortorget)

Thursday

• 10.00–18.00: Ironman Kalmar Village is open (Kvarnholmen)

FRiday

• 10.00–18.00: Ironman Kalmar Village is open (Kvarnholmen)
• 16.00: Race start Ironkids (Kvarnholmen)

Saturday

• 06.45: Start Ironman Kalmar PRO (Tullhamnen)
• 07.00: Start Age Group (Rolling start)
• 07.40: The first participants are expected to reach the bridge of Öland.
• 13.00: The first participant reaches the run course
• 15.00: Ironman Kalmar Champion expected at finish line (Stortorget)
• 22.20–23.20: Finish line party (Heroes' hour)
• 23.20: Finish line cut of and celebration
